Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals on leotards and tights are intact.

Label and Post

Print your generated return label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
